Are you seeking a new role in BIM Modeling? Selectek is seeking qualified BIM Modelers for a partnering company in Taylor, Texas. 

Employment Type: Direct Hire
Location: Taylor, TX
Expected Pay Range: $72,000 - $82,000 annual salary depending on experience.

Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of design experience, preferably in architecture, engineering, or construction 
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit and Navisworks
- Production modeling and detailing 3D environments

In addition to these requirements, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as Selectek is unable to provide sponsorship or work visa documentation.

Job Duties:
- Develop models and components from ideas through production
- Oversee shop/approval drawings and jigging/assembly concepts
- Assist with developing and sequencing of assembly steps and communicate to stakeholders
- Creation of bills of material/cut lists
- Perform QC review of your own work and assist in QA procedures for work from other modelers
