Job Description
Our client in Dublin, OH is looking for a BIM Modeler to produce design and construction documents and coordinating/communicating project needs with the design team.
Required:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the architectural design industry or related field (preferred) but not required
- Professional degree in Architecture (preferred) but not required
- Proficiency in Revit (required) and AutoCAD (preferred)
- Strong design understanding and capabilities
- Excellent drawing skills and knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and detailing
- Understanding and ability to coordinate the work of engineering disciplines
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, written and listening skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate a reliable, responsive and positive work ethic with the highest degree of integrity
Pay: $25 - $32 Depending on experience
