Job Description

Selectek is looking for a BIM Modeler/Designer to provide drafting/design support for commercial and industrial projects using Revit.

Required:
  • HS Diploma or GED or higher
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • 3+ years of experience using Revit or other BIM program. Open to entry level candidates as well.
  • Prior experience working for a subcontractor
  • Knowledge and ability to read and understand design and construction documents.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with multiple project managers and designers to perform drafting of accurate drawing packages.
  • Draft in AutoCAD and/or Revit MEP environments.
  • Plot, Batch Plot, Scan and issue project drawing and documentation packages.
  • Support multiple project and client deadlines and deliverables.

Sponsorship: No
DL Rate Range: $27/hour - $33/hour ($56,000 - $69,000 annual salary)
Pay method when direct: Salary
Term of assignment: 6 months temp to direct
Location of Job: Milwaukee, WI (53226)/Remote
WFH/Remote: Yes
Hours & Shift: Monday - Friday: 8am – 5pm
Overtime: Some on occasion
Travel: No
Work Attire: Business casual
