Job Description


We are hiring for a BIM Modeler for a full-time position in the Tempe, AZ area. 

Job Details
This position will be primarily responsible for generating content for the VDC team to utilize in a variety of ways, including but not limited to construction sequence planning, proposals, shop drawings, spooling, pre-assembly, & pre-fabrication efforts, safety orientations, and task planning. 

Requirements 
-2+ years of experience in architectural, engineering, or construction
-Advanced knowledge and proficiency using model authoring software such as Revit, Solidworks, Inventor, etc. 
-Working knowledge of Navisworks clash detection 
-Work schedule must be flexible to allow extended periods of overtime or off-shirt work to accommodate changing construction sequences 
-Experience routing conduit 
-Understanding of building controls systems, HPM, LSS, and fire alarm systems 

Compensation 
$25.00-$30.00 per hour based on experience
