Job Description


We are looking for a Direct Hire BIM Manager in Milwaukee, WI to be responsible for planning and overseeing the BIM Teams project execution with detailing/modeling of electrical construction projects from conception to installation.

Required:
  • High School Diploma or GED, desired 2yr technical or 4yr degree in Design or Business
  • 5+ years of BIM experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit software
  • Proficient in Bluebeam or other pdf document markup software

Job Duties:
  • Be customer focused with management, support staff, customers, and suppliers by understanding how the business functions link together to support the customer (i.e., Preconstruction, Construction, Postconstruction)
  • Proven history of leadership and team player skills, demonstrating a positive attitude through personal accountability, coaching, mentoring of the BIM team
  • Ensuring the BIM team provides a desired and quality product
  • Positive people skills including effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate multiple people and groups
  • Strong electrical field installation knowledge
  • Understanding of construction processes and techniques and ability to relate that knowledge to the electrical job requirements

SALARY RANGE: $80,000 -$100,000 Annually (Plus Yearly Bonuses)
