Company Overview: Selectek is a leading staffing and recruiting firm dedicated to delivering staffing solutions across engineering disciplines. We are currently seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator with a specialization in industrial projects to join our team.

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled BIM Coordinator who will be instrumental in managing and coordinating BIM standards and processes across various industrial projects. This role involves a blend of technical prowess, project management, and training capabilities to ensure efficient and effective BIM practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, best practices, and project templates.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of the BIM/CAD libraries in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Provide and coordinate BIM/CAD training, both on-site and remotely, to ensure team proficiency.
  • Participate in project kick-off meetings, identifying tasks and collaboration issues, and setting up project-specific BIM models.
  • Assist project teams in utilizing NavisWorks and other 3D software for project execution.
  • Conduct clash detection, maintain integrated BIM models, and manage the resolution process during project design reviews.
  • Maintain documentation and monitor industry advancements to keep pace with technology shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in piping design for industrial plants.
  • Expert knowledge of Revit 2021 or newer, AutoCAD 2021 or newer.
  • Strong familiarity with Navisworks Manage 2021 or newer, including setup for clash reports and selection sets.
  • Experience with AutoCAD Plant 3D is highly desirable.
Requirements:
  • Associate Degree or equivalent in training and experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in MEP disciplines, with at least 3 years focused on industrial projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
Pay Range:
  • $100,000- $110,000
Shift and Hours:
  • Monday- Friday
  • 8 am- 5 pm
