Job Description
Selectek is seeking a BIM Manager in Butler, Wisconsin to be responsible for planning and overseeing the BIM Teams project execution with detailing/modeling of electrical construction projects from conception to installation.
BIM Manager Responsibilities:
- Positive interpersonal skills including effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate and coordinate multiple people and groups
- Strong electrical field installation knowledge
- Understanding of construction processes and techniques and ability to relate that knowledge to the electrical job requirements
- Be customer focused with management, support staff, customers, and suppliers by understanding how the business functions link together to support the customer (i.e. Preconstruction, Construction, Postconstruction)
- Proven track record of leadership and team player skills, demonstrating a positive attitude through personal accountability, coaching, mentoring of the BIM team
- Ensuring the BIM team provides a desired and quality product
BIM Manager Requirements:
- Education: minimum of a High School Diploma or GED; 2-year technical or 4-year degree in Design or Business preferred
- 5+ years of BIM experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit software
- Proficient in Bluebeam or other PDF document markup software
Salary: $80,000-$100,000 plus yearly performance bonus
