Job Description


Needed immediately:  BIM Modeler/Drafter in Atlanta, GA responsible for utilizing Revit Structure and BIM technology to prepare construction documents of structural drawings and details for projects. This position requires coordination and collaboration with the engineering team, project management leaders, principals and clients.

Required: · Proficiency in Revit Structure
· 5+ years of full-time Revit drafting experience
   High School Diploma
· 5+ years of Revit and/or BIM (Building Information Modeling)
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
· Highly organized, detail-driven, and conscientious
· Ability to work in a dynamic team setting with overtime as required.


Job Details:
  • Prepare construction documents using Revit. Documents include plan drawings, elevations, details, and schedules. Using Revit Structure from engineering notes, sketches and/or drawings.
    · Be familiar with structural connections and elements such as concrete (post-tensioned and pre-cast), timber, and steel.
    · Receive, and transmit documents to clients on behalf of the design team via online uploads or hard copies.
    · Interface with contractors, clients, and other team members in a positive & professional manner.
    · Understanding of 3D coordination with other disciplines (Architectural, Landscape, and MEP).
    · Align with our company’s mission and vision.
    · Support engineering staff directly on drafting tasks.
    · Perform required project tracking and archiving of documents and project deliverables.
    · Ability to successfully organize and work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
    · Be organized and ready to work on multiple projects each week.
    · Other duties as assigned.
