Company Overview:
Selectek is currently looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join a leading MEP firm in Greenville, SC. This role will involve supporting the mechanical and plumbing design team, working closely with project managers, and ensuring seamless coordination with other BIM designers. The firm specializes in comprehensive MEP solutions, with fabrication facilities located in nearby Piedmont, SC.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with BIM
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
  • Familiarity with mechanical systems, particularly HVAC and plumbing design
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks to produce and manage designs for the mechanical and plumbing departments
  • Coordinate BIM efforts with other designers on the team to ensure cohesive project development
  • Collaborate with project managers to align project designs with client requirements and specifications
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support project goals
Location: Greenville, SC
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
Employment Type: Direct Hire

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in BIM, experience with MEP design software, and a collaborative approach to coordinating with designers and project managers. This position is suited for an organized professional who can solve complex design challenges and communicate effectively within a team.
