  • Working knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
  • Understanding of low-voltage system coordination and how to properly scope and bid them
  • Strong knowledge of construction documents, specifications, and estimating practices
  • Ability to develop General Conditions and General Requirements estimates
  • Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk, and BuildingConnected
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines
  • Willingness to travel to regional data center sites
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with data center renovation projects, especially in live compute environments
  • Familiarity with MEP codes and industry standards
  • Knowledge of LEED, Uptime Institute, or similar certifications
  • Established relationships with qualified data center subcontractors and vendors

Compensation & Growth
