Job Description
We are looking for an AutoCAD Drafter in the Appleton, WI area.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity and estimated to go direct within 6 months of start date.
Job description:
- Architectural and structural drafting on commercial building projects consisting of industrial, office, retail, storage, agricultural, and multi-family apartment buildings.
- Field verifications and inspections of building projects.
- Progress inspections and reports for lenders on miscellaneous building projects.
- Occasional drafting on Civil Site plans.
Required:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
Preferred:
- Architectural and/or Structural Drafting experience with commercial and mixed-use projects.
