If you are an Architect who has dreams of living in the Caribbean, please consider this fantastic opportunity.  Our client is looking for a Level I/II Licensed Architect (or on the way to becoming one) for a staff position in their St. Thomas, Virgin Island office. Relocation assistance will be offered.

Required:
  • 3–5+ years of architectural experience
  • Licensed architect or actively pursuing licensure
  • Proficiency in Revit and architectural design processes
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with FEMA-funded or federal government projects is a plus
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to grow

Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide architectural consultation in planning, design, and coordination of complex projects
  • Independently apply advanced architectural concepts and design strategies
  • Execute drawing production and design documentation under the direction of a Project Manager
  • Develop creative design concepts and presentation materials
  • Review and analyze planning studies, reports, and consultant deliverables
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative studio culture (Level II)
  • Identify and resolve technical questions to maintain project momentum
Salary: $70,000-$90,000
