Job Description

Selectek is seeking experienced Architectural Project Manager for a partnering company in the Scottsdale, Arizona area. This firm focuses on single-family residential projects, and potential candidates will be managing projects primarily in that space.

Employment Type: Direct Hire
Location: Tempe, Arizona
Expected Pay Range: $82,000 - $110,000 annually, based on experience
This firm offers a hybrid schedule of two days working from home each week.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture strongly preferred
- 3-5 years of experience for degreed candidates, 5-10 years of experience for non-degreed candidates
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Experience with single-family and custom residential home design 

In addition to these requirements, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as Selectek is unable to provide sponsorship or work visa documentation.

Job Duties:
- Design scope of work for projects
- Prepare manpower requirements, schedules, budgets, and fee projections
- Initiate design development
- Produce contract documents and maintain project records
- Communicate with clients to avoid problems and develop relationships
- Take part in construction walk-throughs
- Work on projections and oversee billing process to provide accurate information and ensure invoices are correct
