Job Description


I have a client located near Milwaukee, WI that is currently looking for an Architectural Project Manager responsible for the development and completion of all aspects of a project from pre-design to project completion.

Requirements:
  • BS or BA in Architecture, Building Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience at a design/build or architectural firm.
  • 3+ years’ experience in project management
  • Experience creating project estimates, scheduling, and construction administration.
  • Proficient using AutoCAD. and Revit highly preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate a team effort to complete projects promptly and successfully.
  • Overseeing the development of the architectural design, and the production of the construction documents, including specifications.
  • Coordinating the needs of the client, support staff, and outside consultants such as structural, civil, and mechanical engineers, as well as interior designers and landscape architects.
  • Conducting minor modifications to complete working drawing sets.
  • Reviewing accuracy of calculations, estimates, plans, and completed reports.
  • Attending field reviews, on-site meetings, and project meetings
  • Completing incidental work or other office functions that are necessary to getting projects completed.

Pay:

$33-40/hr.+ (Flexibility depending on experience)
