Job Description
Our client needs an Architectural Project Manager to assist in estimating, procurement, bidding, and managing all phases of various projects.
Required:
- Solid understanding of architecture and architectural materials
- 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry
- Ability to read architectural drawings and perform take-offs
- Have a history of successful sales, architectural design, and project management
Here is the posted list of responsibilities:
- Meet with architects and contractors that typically specify and buy the products we specialize in to identify an upcoming project to track and position us suitably for successful bidding.
- Identify all related bidding opportunities for the products in which we specialize.
- Put together estimates and final bids for all bidding opportunities.
- Follow up on all bids to turn bids into sales.
- Manage all phases of the sold projects, from the shop drawing to material procurement to scheduling installers to project completion.
- Read architectural drawings.
- Prepare shop drawings using AutoCAD
Pay Rate:
- $33/hr. -$53/hr.
Hours and Shift:
- Monday – Friday
- 7:30 AM- 4:30 PM
