Join our team at a leading architectural and design firm in the metro Phoenix area! We're seeking a talented Architectural Drafter to collaborate with our Project Managers in creating high-quality construction documents for residential projects.

Note: You must be authorized to work for any employer in the USA to be considered.

In this role, you'll leverage your drafting skills and AutoCAD expertise to:
  • Bring ideas to life: Collaborate with Project Managers to translate schematic designs into detailed and accurate construction documents using AutoCAD.
  • Maintain high standards: Ensure all drawings adhere to established project guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Bridge the gap: Effectively interpret verbal and written instructions from Project Managers to produce clear and concise documentation.
  • Deliver exceptional quality: Meticulously proofread your own work and potentially assist with reviewing the work of others.
  • Craft the blueprint: Generate comprehensive architectural plans and stunning architectural artwork that set the stage for successful construction.
  • Communication is key: Maintain open communication with builders to clarify any questions that may arise during the construction phase.

To thrive in this role, you'll ideally possess:
  • An Associate's Degree in Drafting/Design or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in single-family residential architectural design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
  • Experience using Revit software (a plus).
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative spirit and a passion for teamwork.
