Selectek is hiring for an Architectural Drafter with excellent Revit skills for an architectural firm in the Odessa, FL area.

Job Description:
  • Draft architectural interior renovations, primarily for hospitality projects
Required:
  • Proficient in Revit
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred:
  • AutoCAD
  • Experience with Interior Renovations
  • Associates
Job order details:  Ideally, the client wants proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.  They will handle architectural interior renovations primarily for hotels but will get involved with other projects too. 
80% of their work is on the hospitality side, but they do office, medical, and churches as well.  The bulk of the work is on the interior renovations side.  They do the architectural framework too but only about 20%. Need someone who is comfortable doing mainly interior design work.  They will put together drawings using Revit for interior renovations primarily for hotels. 

Sponsorship: No
Pay range: $29/hour - $35/hour ($60,000 - $73,000 annual salary)
Term of assignment: 6 months temp to perm
Pay method when direct:  Salary
Location of job:  Odessa, FL 33556
Hours and shift: Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM
Work from home: Not initially - for the first 3 months, would need this person in the office.  Open to a hybrid situation after that.
Working remote:  Same as above
Overtime expected: yes
Travel: No
Work attire: Business Casual
