Job Description


We are currently working with a client to find an Architectural Drafter to assist the Project Manager in producing quality construction documents in an efficient and profitable manner. Taking schematic design and inputting it into AutoCAD and Revit.

Pay Range: $20/hr. - $23/hr.
Denver, Colorado
Temp to Perm

Required:
  • Associate’s degree in Drafting and/or Design. Preferably has experience in architecture and/or construction
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used architectural concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • AutoCAD experience required, Revit and Sketchup a plus
  • Design, graphic and related computer skills a plus

Responsibilities:
  • Uses AutoCAD, Revit, and manual processes to produce construction documents using instructions and pre-established guidelines set by others.
  • Follows applicable guidelines for project standards.
  • Converts limited verbal and written directions from Job Captain or Project Manager throughout the design process and into a finished product or document.
  • Drafts specification changes as needed.
  • Proofreads own work.
  • Generates architectural plans and graphics.
