Job Description

Selectek is looking for an Architectural Drafter/Designer to begin working with a great client of ours in the Belmont, NC area immediately. This candidate will be responsible for performing Revit and AutoCAD drafting for high-end, residential properties. They are a custom design/builder, so will be working off construction documents, high-scale renovations, detailing, multi-million-dollar condos, luxury homes.

Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Required by Client
  • 8 Years of Architectural and Design Drafting experience
  • Experience with high-end residential/multifamily projects
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the North Carolina house building code
  • Proficient software skills including AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office Suite, and Sketchup
  • Experience with shop drawings for millwork and custom furniture details.
  • Knowledge of industry terminology and standard construction methods/material
  • Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States

Preferred by Client
  • Experience with residential custom-building industry

Pay Rate: $27/hr - $40/hr
Term: 6 months temp to perm
Location: Belmont, NC 28012
