Job Description

Selectek is seeking an experienced Architectural Designer for a partnering company in the Kennesaw, Georgia area. This firm focuses on local and state municipal projects.

Employment Type: Direct Hire
Location: Kennesaw, Georgia
Expected Pay Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 5+ years of experience in design, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or large-scale commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Revit
- Ideal candidates also have knowledge of BlueBeam

In addition to these requirements, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as Selectek is unable to provide sponsorship or work visa documentation.

Job Duties:
- Prepare and produce designs, construction/administration documents, and schematic designs for local and state municipal buildings 
- Prepare designs, model buildings, renderings and visual presentations
- Conduct research on zoning codes, building materials and systems
