Xenathia Green is a native of Georgia, where she attended Georgia Southern University to obtain a Bachelor of Business Management Entrepreneurship & Innovation. Upon graduation, she worked as a logistical sales representative, generating a customer base from scratch. During her time in logistics, Xenathia discovered satisfaction in helping others gain from new opportunities. After learning more about staffing and recruiting, she started a career in contract staffing for entry-level logistics roles. During her first 2 years of recruiting, she developed an interest and talent in the engineering sector of recruiting and has now found her space at Selectek as a Technical Recruiter. She likes to travel, spend quality time with family, and hike various locations across the Atlanta and North Georgia Region in her free time.
