Architect / Project Manager 
A collaborative architecture firm in North Georgia is seeking an experienced Architect with strong project management skills to help deliver high-impact designs across a variety of sectors—from pediatric and veterinary clinics to multi-family, commercial, and government projects.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a full-service design environment, enjoys working across all phases of a project, and wants to step into a team that values both autonomy and collaboration.
What You’ll Do
You’ll take charge of projects from concept through construction, working closely with principal architects and clients. This role isn’t about handing off your work—it’s about owning it, with support from a team that’s deeply involved in every step.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead architectural design and project delivery from planning to closeout

  • Produce high-quality documentation using Revit

  • Coordinate with internal team and external consultants

  • Perform site analysis, feasibility studies, and budgeting support

  • Manage construction administration, including submittals, site visits, and payment approvals

  • Deliver organized client hand-offs, system training, and certification closeout packages
Requirements
Must-Have:

  • Minimum 4 years of architectural design experience

  • Revit proficiency is essential

  • Proven experience managing projects across all phases of design and construction

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in medical, veterinary/animal health, multi-family, commercial, or restaurant/food service projects

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
