Job Description

Selectek is searching for an Architect with a project management background that can handle projects from concept through the construction process with a solid background in city, county or state projects. 

Required:
  • 5+ years of managing projects from concept through construction
  • Experience with the management of projects (Libraries, Courthouse, Schools, Universities, Municipalities Structures) for City, County and State
  • Able to develop and track schedules while coordinating communications with team members and contractors
  • Prepare budgets and manage costs on projects
  • Manage billing 
  • BS Degree in Architecture - Licensed Architect is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and scheduling tools

Sponsorship: no
Pay range: $40/hour - $60/hour ($90,000 - $125,000 annual salary)
Term of assignment:  6 months contract to hire OR open to direct hire
Location of job:  Kennesaw, GA 30144  
Hours and shift: 8AM – 5PM, Monday to Friday
Work from home:  Yes, flexible
Working remote: They would like them in the office most of the time.
Travel: No
Work attire: Business Casual
