Architect Level III – Commercial & Retail Projects
  • Location: Southeastern U.S. (Remote with occasional travel)
  • Salary: $80K - $120K/year (DOE)
  • Term: Direct Hire

Join a dynamic, full-service architecture firm working on national commercial and retail projects! We are seeking an Architect Level III to provide technical design expertise, manage project complexities, and collaborate with clients to develop innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead architectural planning, design, and construction documentation
  • Develop and present technical solutions to clients
  • Oversee multiple projects and coordinate with consultants
  • Ensure project execution aligns with industry best practices
  • Conduct site visits and existing condition analyses
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of architectural experience (Retail or healthcare experience is a plus)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (NAAB-accredited)
  • Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure
  • Proficiency in Revit (BIM 360 knowledge is a plus)
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Must reside in the southeastern U.S. or be willing to travel to a company office as needed
