Job Description

An Architect Level III to serve on primarily projects with a national commercial client. In this role, they will be responsible for specific technical design aspects of assigned projects, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions that best meet the client’s needs.

Required:
  • 8+ years of professional experience in architecture.
  • Registered Architect (RA) required.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit; working knowledge of visualization tools (SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Suite).
  • Expertise in construction documentation, detailing, and coordination.
  • Ability to lead and mentor team members across disciplines and experience levels.
  • Solid knowledge of building codes, ADA compliance, and technical standards.
  • Experience in public, education, or healthcare architecture preferred.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the production and coordination of design and construction documents.
  • Manage technical collaboration with consultants, contractors, and clients.
  • Conduct code research, quality control, and document reviews.
  • Guide project planning, design implementation, and documentation strategies.
  • Represent company during meetings, presentations, and site visits.
  • Oversee construction administration including RFIs, submittals, and punch lists.
  • Support the growth and development of junior team members.
  • Ensure adherence to firm standards and project milestones.
Salary Range: $85k/yr. - $95k/yr.
