Our client is searching for a Licensed Architect with a background as a Project Manager in the Tampa Area.

- Managed projects for the concept to completion -including on time, within budget, and fulfilling the client’s expectations.
- Coordinate project budgets and schedules.
- Manage and oversee a project team.
- Manage all phases of the projects – design, presentation, design reviews, construction drawings, and review of drawings and specifications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Prepare Fee proposals and agreements with clients.
- Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Microsoft Office
- BA Architectural with 7 years of experience
- Licensed in the State of Florida (NCARB)
- $80k - $120k (Based on Experience)
- Monday – Friday: (8 am – 5 pm)
