Job Description
Selectek is currently looking for an Architect in the Southern Indiana area to manage projects, give design directions, and establish budgets and schedules on various projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manager Projects, design direction, and develop technical drawings
- Create budgets, schedules and meet deadlines
- Create Markups for project engineers, drafters, and intern Architects
- Design presentations and meet with clients
Required:
- Knowledge of building codes, industry trends, and building structures
- Proficient in Revit, Sketchup, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication skills
- BS degree in Architecture and/or Masters (plus)
- 5 plus years of experience in Architecture
Preferred:
- NCIDQ Certified
- LEED/WELL AP certification
Pay range: $80,000-$100,000
Location: Evansville, IN
