Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and project management of commercial, industrial, athletic, and educational facilities.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure project goals are met.
  • Utilize Autodesk Revit to develop detailed architectural designs and construction documents.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting design concepts and updates.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a 5-year accredited program.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in designing commercial structures.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Sketch-Up, Photoshop, or Lumion.
  • Previous experience working on educational facility projects.
