Location: Austell, GA
An Architect responsible for the design and project management of commercial, industrial, athletic, and educational facilities.   

Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture - 5 year accredited.
  • Minimum of 3 years progressive experience with commercial structures.
  • Autodesk Revit
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
Preferred:
  • Graphics experience - Sketch-Up, Photoshop or Lumion 
  • Educational facility experience.
The primary job responsibilities include: consulting with the client to determine functional and spatial requirements and assist in preparing information regarding the design, schedule, code compliance, specifications, materials, colors, equipment, estimated cost, approvals, and construction time.  Under supervision, the intern will detail buildings and prepare scale drawings, specifications, and contract documents for construction.  They will represent the client in obtaining required agency reviews, approvals, and permits.  They may also assist in the bidding process, on-site work observations, and construction contract administration.

Direct Hire-$60,000-$70,000 + stock options and generous bonus plan
