Job Description

We are actively seeking a skilled Architect with experience or a strong interest in building envelopes in Greenville, SC. This position is part of the Envelope division and offers a unique chance for career growth and development.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct forensic evaluations for residential and commercial facilities, as well as other structures.
  • Perform architectural analysis of existing buildings.
  • Provide construction litigation support, acting as an expert witness.
  • Develop comprehensive proposals for architectural projects.
  • Design repairs and collaborate with Construction Administration.
  • Engage with existing and potential customers to understand their needs.
Requirements:
  • Architectural degree from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed Architect (AIA) is a plus.
  • Strong interest in building envelopes and the Envelope division.
Skills:
  • Proficient in forensic evaluations and architectural analysis.
  • Ability to provide construction litigation support as an expert witness.
  • Strong proposal development and project design skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with customers and team members.
Additional Information:
  • The Envelope division manager is looking for an Intern or Licensed Architect who is eager to learn and grow within this dynamic division.
  • The candidate does not necessarily need prior envelope experience, but a willingness to learn and contribute is essential.
  • Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications, with higher rates for those with relevant experience in building envelopes.
Salary Range:
  • $80,000 - $120,000
Shift and Hours:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
