Job Description


Selectek is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join a team focused on designing and optimizing process systems for industrial and high-tech manufacturing projects. The role involves working with fluid transfer, heat exchange, water purification, hazardous waste treatment, and specialty gas and chemical handling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize process system designs for industrial and high-tech manufacturing projects.
  • Perform calculations, simulations, and process modeling for fluid, gas, and chemical handling.
  • Prepare process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, and structural engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
  • Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Conduct site visits for project assessments and implementation support.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (or related field).
  • PE license (or ability to obtain reciprocity in OR within six months).
  • Experience working with AutoCAD, Revit, and process modeling software.
  • Strong understanding of chemical process engineering principles, including thermodynamics and mass transfer.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using PIPE-FLO or similar software for process system analysis.
  • Prior experience in industrial or high-tech manufacturing environments.
