Job Description

Selectek is seeking an Administrative Project Assistant for our client in Santa Clara.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing clerical tasks, such as managing emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence. Maintain inventory of office and breakroom supplies, ordering new materials as needed.
  • Support Office Manager with billing, account receivables / payables and time tracking.
  • Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for engineers, project managers and executives.
  • Handle filing, scanning/copying and document management, including highly confidential and sensitive materials.
  • Assist Project Managers in responding to requests for qualifications and assemble proposal packages, including CV’s, project data sheets, and marketing collateral.
  • Track and maintain customer relationship management program.

  • Requires a high school degree or equivalent work experience with additional certifications that exemplify a desire for continued education or advancement
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite: Outlook, Word, Excel required
  • Requires the ability to work collaboratively, to take direction, and to work independently with little supervision
  • Must be an effective communicator over the phone, in person, and in writing
  • Knowledge of basic accounting functions and experience with accounting software preferred
  • Must be reliable and well-organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and work within deadlines
  • Shall be trustworthy with a strong work ethic
  • Motivated and committed to our team’s success
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks
  • AA in Business Administration
Pay Range: $22 - $28 per hour depending on experience and education
