Job Description
We are looking for an Administrative Project Assistant to start working with a client of ours in the Santa Clara, CA area as soon as possible!
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Pay Rate: $22/hr - $28/hr
Term: 6 months temp to perm

Required by Client
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience with additional certifications that exemplify a desire for continue education or advancement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) a must
- Must have the ability to work collaboratively, to take direction, and to work independently with little supervision.
- Must be an effective communicator over the phone, in-person, and in writing
- Knowledge of basic accounting functions and experienced with accounting software preferred
- Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States
Preferred by Client
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks
- Associates in Business Administration

Jacob is originally from Georgia and graduated from Gardner-Webb University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Upon graduation he started his career in the staffing industry working for a high-volume light industrial staffing agency.
