Administrative Assistant/Invoice Reconciler

I have a client located in Birmingham, AL that has an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant/Invoice Reconciler.

Responsibilities:
  • An Administrative Assistant responsible for administrative support with a high emphasis on invoice reconciliation.
  • Other job duties include planning and  scheduling meetings, scheduling and entry of timesheets, office supply inventory and other general office support duties. 

Requirements:
  • Invoice reconciliation using Oracle highly desirable
  • Familiar with EWO' s and MWO' s 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Experience/Additional Information:
  • Experience or working knowledge of the Maximo work management system,  Estars timekeeping application, Powerplant 

Pay Rate:
  • $18/hr. (flexibility depending on experience)
