Administrative Assistant (Invoicing)

Selectek is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant responsible for administrative support with a high emphasis on invoice reconciliation. Other job duties include planning and scheduling meetings, scheduling and entry of time sheets, office supply inventory and other general office support duties.
12 Month Contract
- Invoice reconciliation using Oracle highly desirable
- Familiar with EWO' s and MWO' s
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience or working knowledge of the Maximo work management system, Estars timekeeping application, Powerplant
