Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Power BI and Excel, with the ability to independently build reports, dashboards, and data models to support business decision-making. This role requires someone who can translate raw data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, design, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
  • Build and optimize data models to support reporting and analytics.
  • Create complex formulas, pivot tables, charts, and automated reports in Excel.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Partner with business teams to understand reporting needs and deliver insights that drive strategic decisions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting platforms.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes by identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
Required:
  • 1–5 years of experience in a data analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, report building).
  • Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, macros preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Business or Information Systems
