Selectek is partnering with a manufacturer in Cokato, MN to find an Administrative Assistant for a contract-to-direct opportunity. This role supports daily operations, including procurement, scheduling, and office administration, while working closely with the team to ensure smooth workflows.

Position Highlights:
  • Pay Rate: $20-$23/hr
  • Full-time, on-site (No remote work)
  • Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM CST
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls, providing excellent customer service
  • Assist with procurement of parts for equipment
  • Maintain and manage project and production schedules
  • Perform general office administrative duties
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Administrative Assistant experience
  • Experience with procurement and scheduling
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Additional Details:
  • Business casual work environment
  • Background check required (7-year history)
  • No sponsorship available
