Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist to start working with a client of ours in Hoover, AL as soon as possible. This candidate should have a background in construction or engineering.

Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Requirements
  • 5 plus years of billing specialist
  • Preparing timely invoices according to Contract terms in a high volume setting
  • Managing aging for accounts receivables
  • Proficiency  Microsoft Office Suite  and Excel
  • Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States

Pay Rate: $25/hr - $28/hr
Term: 6 month contract to hire
Location: Hoover, AL 35244
