Job description:  We have a client in the Sterling VA area that has an immediate need for an Estimator for exhibit fabrication projects.   

Required: 
  • 1-2 years’ experience in fabrication industry or related field.
  • Proficient with Office 365, specifically Excel.
  • Knowledge of ERP’s.
  • Must have at least +2 years of experience in estimating exhibits projects.
  • Media/AV estimating experience.
  • Exhibit fabrication experience.
  • Must be organized, quality-conscious, detail-oriented, Ability to manage multiple projects, take initiative in solving problems, and interact with co-workers, vendors, and clients.
Preferred:  
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

Job details:  

Candidates will be responsible for: 
  • Written Communications--business emails, proposals, and scopes of work.
  • Requires identification and estimating of cabinetry, cases, graphics, lighting, painting, metal fabrication, conceptual design, detailing, interactives, audio–visual equipment and production.
  • Sourcing, vendor/subcontractor qualifications.
  • Assist in development of contract exceptions, scope of work, preparation of copy for proposals, and other company protections.
  • Data gathering: Assist in the gathering of data and info that will aid in bid analysis and improve future pricing.

This is a direct hire/permanent position. 

The pay range is $80,000-$95,000 Salary.
