Job Description

Selectek is looking for a Remote Architect who is licensed with a background in commercial, retail, and mixed-use.  

Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Required:
  • BS Architect or MS Architect
  • Licensed in South Carolina (or able to get licensed there)
  • NCARB Registered Architect
  • 10 - 15 years of experience designing retail, commercial and mixed-use projects
  • Partner opportunity
  • Must have leadership experience to manage a team of designers
  • Experience with project management and client interactions
  • Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe, Photoshop
  • Knowledge of construction production detailing
  • Excellent written and verbal skills

Sponsorship: No
Pay range: $100,000 - $115,000 annual salary
Location of job: Greenville, SC (can remote in continental United States)
Hours & Shift: Monday to Friday, 8AM – 5PM
Overtime: no
Work from Home: yes
Travel: none
Work Attire: Business Casual
