Joey is originally from Tennessee but always dreamed of living in Atlanta. He holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Memphis and a master’s in education from Lee University. After a few years as a classroom teacher, Joey transitioned into a recruiting role where he placed teachers and other education-based specialists. During his five years there, Joey discovered a talent for relationship building and a love for helping candidates advance and enhance their careers. He joined Selectek in 2023 to work in the engineering niche. Outside the office, Joey enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, watching his favorite sports teams, cooking, and fishing.
