Job Description

Selectek is seeking a senior Electrical Engineer for a direct hire role with a partnering company, located near Greenville, South Carolina.  Our client needs candidates with backgrounds in power distribution and controls for municipal projects.

Employment Type: Direct Hire
Expected Pay Range: $100,000 - $120,000 annual salary, depending on experience
Location: Greenville, South Carolina

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)
-  5-10 years of field experience, preferably working with municipal projects
- AutoCAD proficiency required, knowledge of Revit preferred
- Construction administration experience
- Ideal candidates hold PE license or EIT certification in process to PE 

In addition to these requirements, candidates must hold United States citizenship, per the client’s request. Selectek is unable to provide sponsorship or work visa documentation.

Job Details:
- Prepare and develop project narratives, cost estimates, plans and specifications
- Provide drawing coordination and technical oversight for project activities
- Perform site observations, review shop drawings and material submittals
- Design motor control centers for wastewater/water facilities
- Prepare packages to estimate the cost of projects, including bill of materials and parts lists

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p with a hybrid schedule possible once candidates complete the onboarding and start-up phase
