Job Description

Selectek is seeking an experienced Civil Designer for a partnering company near Greenville, South Carolina. This firm focuses on residential, commercial, retail, and healthcare developments, and potential candidates will be producing site plan drawings to include layout, grading, and drainage profiles.

Employment Type: Temp to Perm
Location: Greenville, South Carolina
Expected Pay Range: $24-$29 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible start time between 7:30a-8:30a

Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Associate’s degree in CAD Drafting/Engineering Technology (experience will be considered in place of a degree)
In addition to these requirements, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as Selectek is unable to provide sponsorship or work visa documentation.

Job Duties:
- Prepare grading drawings, site layout designs, staging drawings, and road and drainage profiles
- Create complex drawings for engineering projects
- Produce graphics for permitting, presentations, and contract documents
- Perform field inspections and research as needed
- Work with projects from concept through completed construction
- Help maintain CAD design standards and workflows for the company
