Join Our Team as a Drafter/Designer in Fort Wayne, IN!

Do you have a passion for design and a knack for creating technical drawings?
We're looking for a talented Drafter/Designer to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN. In this role, you'll play a vital role in designing and engineering steel building systems and components for multi-story construction projects.

Note: You must be authorized to work for any employer in the USA to be considered.

What you'll do:
  • Design structural joist and deck layouts using AutoCAD software.
  • Prepare Requests for Information (RFIs) to ensure project clarity and keep things moving smoothly.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and ensure project requirements are met.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects efficiently.

What we're looking for:
  • 0-10 years of design experience (entry-level candidates are welcome!)
  • AAS degree in Design or equivalent experience
  • Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A collaborative spirit and a keen eye for detail
