Job Description

We have an immediate need for an Architectural Revit Drafter in the Manassas, VA area. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity and estimated to go direct within 6 months of start date.

Hourly pay is dependent on experience and education.

Job Description:
  • Architectural design of residential, commercial, private, public and government projects.
  • Design, detail and permit construction documents.

Required:
  • Revit Proficiency
  • Minimum of 1 year or Architectural Residential draft/design experience.
  • Basic understanding of construction and detailing
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred:
 
  • Associates or Bachelor in Architecture or equivalent amount of relevant work experience
  • Residential Design experience.
Pay rate: $24-$26/hour

This is a 6-month Contract to Permanent position.

Location: Manassas, VA 20110

Hours: Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM
